About the event
We are pleased to invite you to RMA Power Week, a workshop organized by the Grant Office of the Faculty of Arts at Palacký University Olomouc as part of the EUVIP and Remote XUAR projects. The workshop is primarily intended for project and financial managers in the research sector, as well as other professionals involved in research support services. It focuses on key aspects of research management, communication of research projects, financial planning and monitoring, research data management, and the implementation of artificial intelligence in project management.
The five-day program, led by experienced lecturers from Lund University, the University of Vienna, and Palacký University Olomouc, offers a unique opportunity to deepen practical knowledge and skills essential for the effective preparation and management of projects funded by European programs such as Horizon Europe:
Day 1: Research management and project proposal preparation
Day 2: Communicating science in projects
Day 3: Effective financial planning and monitoring in project management
Day 4: Open science and research data management
Day 5: Transform your approach to projects with AI
The workshops "Communicating Science in Projects" and "Transform Your Approach to Projects with AI" will be held in Czech, while the other workshops will be conducted in English.
The capacity is limited to 20 participants per day.
